1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of sportzfest.com (the "Service"), operated from the Philippines. By using the Service — as a fan browsing league pages, a visitor submitting a lead, or an organizer with an account — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

SportzFest lets community leagues publish schedules, live scores, results, and standings on public pages, and gives organizers tools to manage teams, seasons, and courtside scoring. Fans can follow any published league without an account.

3. Accounts

• Organizer and staff accounts are by invitation and use Google Sign-In; your email address is your username.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us immediately if you believe your account was accessed without permission.
• You must give accurate information (for example, a real contact email when requesting early access) and may only use the Service for lawful community-sports purposes.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

4. Fees and payments

• Your first league and its first season window are free. Additional leagues, season renewals, season bundles, and season-window extensions are charged in Philippine pesos at the prices shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by PayMongo on its hosted checkout page; its terms apply to the payment itself. SportzFest does not receive your card or wallet credentials.
• A paid fee unlocks the digital entitlement described at checkout (for example, one additional league, one season window, or a three-season bundle) for the SportzFest account that paid. Entitlements are personal to that account and are not transferable or resellable.
• Fees for entitlements already granted are generally non-refundable, because they are digital products delivered immediately. If you were charged in error, or a payment did not deliver its entitlement, contact us and we will make it right — including working with PayMongo where a refund is due.
• Prices may change for future purchases; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that checkout.

5. Content and conduct

• Organizers are responsible for the league content they publish — team and player names, photos, schedules, venues, and scores — including having the consent of the people named (see our Privacy Policy) and the rights to any images uploaded.
• Do not use the Service to publish unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content; to upload malware or misrepresent who you are; or to interfere with the Service (scraping at volume, probing, or disrupting other users' leagues).
• Team icons must be images you have the right to use. We may remove content or icons that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — its software, design, and brand — belongs to SportzFest. You keep all rights to the league content you create; by publishing it on SportzFest you grant us the limited license we need to host and display it on the public league pages. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your content to us.

7. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." Schedules and scores are entered by volunteer organizers courtside — mistakes happen, and SportzFest does not guarantee the accuracy of any league's data or the outcome of any game. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and we may modify or discontinue features.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; organizers may ask us to close their account. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. If an account closes, published league pages may remain online as community sports records unless you ask us to remove them (see the Privacy Policy). Obligations that should survive termination — like payment for entitlements already granted — survive.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Philippine law allows, SportzFest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from reliance on league data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
